Zip Wire Tensioners

One of the main components that you will need when setting up and installing a zip wire is a cable tensioner. This is a major component as it used to take up any slackness in the wire.

We have put together here a range of varies tensioners that can be used in your zip wire including turnbuckle tensioners along with some traditional tensioners.

The turnbuckle tensioners are to be used in-line and in conjunction with cable strops and means that you don't need to drill through any trees or crossbars.

PLEASE NOTE:
When using a turnbuckle tensioner, we strongly recommend you consider the use of one of these Turnbuckle Backup Safety Wire with your turnbuckle.


Traditional cable tensioners are for use with 10mm zip wire cable only.
